Testing

This is where you can try out your bot before any changes go live. It uses the exact same system prompt, AI model, memory, and instruments that you've set up in the Configuration tab — so what you see here is exactly how the bot will behave with real customers.

Simply type a message in the chat box, and the bot will respond just as it would in a real conversation. This lets you test things like how the bot answers specific questions, whether it's pulling the right information from your knowledge base, and how it handles different types of requests.
